A wealth of attractions are within easy reach including the National Trust s Corfe Castle sandy beaches at Swanage Studland or Poole thousands of acres of nature reserves at Hartland Arne or Stoborough great for birdwatchers and nature lovers. The county town of Dorchester is easily accessible as is the larger town of Bournemouth with seven miles of sandy beaches. This delightful cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 further double reached via steep cottage style stairs. Bathroom: bath with shower head attachment and WC. Lounge: benefits from a woodburner (first basket of logs included) flatscreen TV DVD Freeview and iPod dock. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with oven hob and slim line dishwasher. Utility: with microwave fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with garden seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 small car only reached via a narrow entrance to the rear of the cottage. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric central heating and wi-fi included. Childs buggy and booster seat available. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome more by arrangement. Additional info: narrow access to property however there is additional adjacent street parking available.
